Delivery Methods & Charges

New Balance Singapore can deliver to all local address in Singapore Mainland. No deliveries to restricted areas and Jurong island. The Standard Delivery charges is $6.80 SGD per order.

When Will My Order be Delivered?

Orders will be delivered within 3 working days, Monday to Friday. Delivery will be attempted from 11am to 8pm (for offices will be 5pm). Orders placed after 5pm will be considered as orders placed on the following day.

How Can I Track My Order?

You can track your orders on http://tracking.versafleet.co/gogovan. Alternatively you may also write in to nbtech@newbalance.com.sg for help. We will respond within 3 working days.

Do you Ship Outside of Singapore?

No currently we do not ship outside of Singapore.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We do not accept any returns & refunds for the moment.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchange within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges can only be supported in any of our New Balance Singapore Experience stores. Returned merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging. The Order Confirmation Receipt must be presented for any exchange either on print or on any mobile device.
We reserve the rights to reject any exchange that do not fulfil any of the above stated requirements. We will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of exchange, returns or refund of merchandise.
