Product purchase & orders
Each order on shop.newbalance.com.sg (“Order”) is subject to our acceptance and confirmation. If we accept your Order, an order confirmation (“Order Confirmation”) will be sent to your email address registered with us.
From time to time, New Balance may offer products for sale as part of the Service. New Balance reserves the right to change the descriptions, specifications, and prices of the products offered on the Service without notice and at any time. New Balance does not warrant that such descriptions, specifications and prices of such products are accurate, complete or current at all times.
The Products featured on shop.newbalance.com.sg are subject to stock availability. If the Products are not available after your order has been processed online, we will inform you via email or call.
Cancellation of Order
New Balance Singapore do not accept any cancellation or modification of Order once we have confirmed the Order. Hence, it is important that you check your order before proceeding with the payment.
Notwithstanding that the Order has been accepted and confirmed, New Balance Singapore reserves the right to cancel the Order or any part thereof at any time without giving you any reasons. New Balance Singapore will inform you of any such cancellation via email and will refund you accordingly without interest.
All refunds will be credited without interest into the same credit card that was used for the Order. Please note that it takes approximately 30 days for a credit return to your card to be effective.
Local Delivery Information
Local delivery service is available for eligible residential and office addresses within Singapore, except hotels and such other locations with restricted access. New Balance Singapore reserves the right to decline any delivery to any address with restricted access or is inaccessible.

New Balance Singapore endeavours to deliver within 3 working days from the date of the Order made. New Balance Singapore reserves the right to reschedule the time and/or date of delivery and will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time and/or date.
You are responsible for ensuring that a recipient is present to receive the delivery and to sign on the order receipt. You may be charged a redelivery fee at the prevailing rate for each additional delivery trip.
All prices stated on shop.newbalance.com.sg are in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Shop.newBalance.com.sg accepts exchange within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges can only be supported in any of our New Balance Singapore Experience Stores. Returned merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging. The Order Confirmation Receipt must be presented for any exchange either on print or on any mobile device.
We reserve the rights to reject any exchange that do not fulfil any of the above stated requirements. We will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of exchange, returns or refund of merchandise.
